For more urgent conditions, we will do our best to schedule you on the same day or next day. When calling for your appointment, please describe your situation, so we can reserve the best time slot suited for your needs. If you are a new patient, please download the Patient Registration Forms and fill them out prior to your arrival to expedite your visit.

We appreciate your efforts to arrive promptly for appointments, and ask that if you are going to be late to your appointment, please call to let us know. We value your time, and every effort will be made to respect your scheduled appointment time and keep your wait to a minimum. On occasion, unpredicted situations with other patients may require more time from your doctor, which may delay your time being seen. We greatly appreciate your patience during such circumstances.

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00pm.

If you cannot keep an appointment, kindly give at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel and reschedule so that other urgent appointments can be scheduled in your place. There will be a $25.00 charge for missed office visits and a $50.00 charge for missed surgical and cosmetic appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. A parent or adult guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18. State law requires that the parent/guardian give final consent authorizing us to treat a minor.
